Parkville Station

Located in Grattan Street, next to the University of Melbourne and in the heart of the Parkville medical precinct.

Travellers Aid is located on the western end of the concourse near exits 3 and 4 which lead to Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, the Royal Melbourne Hospital and a short walk from the Royal Women’s Hospital.

7.30am to 3.30pm
Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Note: Extended operating hours 7.30am – 4.30pm until November 2026.

Our trained staff can help you with wayfinding, wheelchair assistance and personal guidance between Parkville Station and Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Women’s Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

Travellers Aid provides a free Connection Assistance service, including wheelchair assistance for people with mobility needs who are transiting through Parkville Station.

The service operates from Monday to Friday meeting and assisting passengers from the station concourse and connecting them to Parkville medical precinct.
