Earlier this year we were thrilled to see the launch of GoodMaps at Bendigo, Geelong and Tarneit stations.
This wayfinding app provides more support for people with accessibility requirements able to confidently navigate the V/Line network.
GoodMaps provides both visual and audio guidance to assist passengers when moving through stations, helping build confidence and independence while travelling.
The app will also provide our hardworking staff and volunteers at Travellers Aid with another tool to assist passengers they work so hard to support.
