On top of our specialist services, we provide information and tourist facilities for members of the general public.
At our two service locations we offer:
- Transport and travel information
- A comfortable lounge area with amenities
- Breast-feeding friendly environments with baby-change facilities
- Accessible bathroom facilities with adult change tables and ceiling hoists
Rest rooms with showers are also available at Southern Cross Station. Short-term luggage storage is available at Flinders Street Station. Our Head Office at City Village also provides luggage storage. Our Price List contains further details of services we offer.
