Instructions for disability access to building

• Between the hours of 9am and 3pm you may enter the City Village building by going through the side door of Sweet Mama’s Cafe and across to the ground floor of the building.  If your chair is quite wide, or the cafe is busy, or you are uncomfortable using this access, alternative access is as below.
• Call Travellers Aid for a staff member to meet you at the below access point in order for them to use their swipe card (call 9654 2600).
• Disability Access is available by entering the City of Melbourne building via the ramp at 200 Little Collins Street (between Swanston and Russell) and take the elevator to Level 6.  Walk over the enclosed air-bridge and to the elevators in the City Village building; take elevator down to Level 3.
• Accessible toilets are located on Level 6, you will need a swipe card to gain access from Level 3.
