Travellers Aid is committed to providing excellent standards of customer service to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
In 2008/2009 our services assisted over 165, 000 people at our different locations and through our emergency relief program.

Travellers Aid now offers a Mobility Equipment Hire Service out of all 3 of our locations. We also offer Luggage Storage, both short and long term at both our City Village location (Level 3, 225 Bourke Street) and Flinders Street Station centres. All Travellers Aid locations are Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) compliant. Our sites provide supportive and welcoming staff, a smoke free environment and space to move a pram.
Travellers Aid is fortunate to attract both staff and volunteers who come from a number of different nationalities. Our centres are located in the heart of Melbourne's multicultural CBD and it is a great asset to have people who can speak various languages with clients from non-English speaking backgrounds including specialist communication such as Auslan (Australian Sign Language). This ensures that Travellers Aid can provide our unique services to all who need them.
