Travellers Aid Emergency Relief Service

Travellers Aid’s Emergency Relief Service provides crisis relief to those in need. We are able to offer support to travellers who experience transport and social disadvantage, who are vulnerable and distressed, through the provision of travel related emergency relief. This relief takes the form of travel tickets and material aid, and enables us to reunite travellers in crisis with family, friends and other supports.

Our Pathways to Education program provides travel tickets to young people who are experiencing financial difficulties, to enable them to travel to school and other activities.

These services operate via appointment, so please get in touch with us prior to coming in. We also encourage you to check your eligibility with the staff member you speak to when you call for an appointment.
